We took a spontaneous dessert trip to the local ice cream parlor and chocolate factory Naturpralinen yesterday. It's a small company in Sysslebäck, Sweden, close to the ski resort Branäs. They make chocolates and ice cream made from many local ingredients, like berries from the forest.  I really like that concept! Some of the ice cream flavors were strawberry, hazelnut, saffron (which I really recommend trying), and licorice. Their sorbet flavors were tropical, chocolate, and orange/mandarin. I tried their vanilla and banana-chocolate ice cream. Social distancing is very important so they had a number system and their tables outside in their garden were far apart. Nice with something spontaneous to appreciate a local buisness.
